We always strive to do all we can to make sure our customers are happy with our products. In the event you would like to make a return, however, please note our return policy:  

- You have 30 days to request a refund, exchange or store credit from the time your item(s) arrive 

- A 12% restocking fee will be applied to all approved refunds 

- Refunds are only approved if the item does not match the description on our website or arrives defective.  

-Exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size are only approved up to 30 days after the items have arrived.  

- Please do not ship your item back to the manufacturer. Please email support@hyggewest.com for our returns address.  


- You may be responsible for shipping costs for the refund or exchange.

Defective Items 

All of our items are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. If, however, your items arrive damaged in transit please email us as soon as possible at support@hyggewest.com
